High School Football Opener Tonight – Broncs Host Laramie

BRONC FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Bronc football team begins defense of their 2019 state championship hosting the Laramie Plainsmen tonight we will have the game live on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM the First Federal pregame show will start at 5:30 with kickoff scheduled for 6:00.

Bronc Head coach Jeff Mowry says one big plus for the team as the season begins is returning several linemen from a year ago.

The Broncs also return many skill players that got lots of snaps a year ago but Mowry says it’s only week one and only time will tell what kind of a team they can be in 2020.

And finally today Mowry talks about what hew would like to see from the Broncs tonight.

GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers finish up play in Gillette today.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams play on the road for matches at Powell and Cody today they will be at home tomorrow hosting Laramie and Torrington.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers will open their season in Gillette today.

X-COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams will run at meet in Casper to start their season today.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open the season with matches in Casper tomorrow against Natrona county and Cheyenne South.
