Fall High School Sports Season Gets Into full Swing This Week

GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers both took the top team victories at the Sheridan invitational this week they play in Gillette.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams split with the Casper schools both losing against Kelly Walsh and both teams posting 5-0 victories over Natrona county.

They play on the road Friday at Powell and Cody and will be at home Saturday hosting Laramie and Torrington

FOOTBALL – The Bronc football team will open the new season Friday evening at home with Laramie we will have the game live on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM kickoff is scheduled for 6:00.

SWIMMING / DIVING – In other action this week the Lady Bronc swimmers and divers will open in Gillette Friday.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open the season with matches in Casper against NC and KW.

X-COUNTRY – And the Sheridan high school cross country teams will run at meet in Casper to start their season Friday.

FALL SPORTS – Coming up tomorrow we expect to find out how spectators will be allowed to watch games at Sheridan high school events, Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says the way sports is set up during COVID-19 we will be going on a week by week basis.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies lost 11-3 at LA Sunday, they’ve dropped seven in a row. they play at Arizona tonight, first pitch at 7:40 on Fox Sports radio 87.7 FM.
