Bronc Football Season Opens Next Week

BRONC FOOTBALL – The Bronc football team opens at home next Friday with Laramie we will have the game live on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM kickoff is scheduled for 6:00.
The Broncs wrap up week two of fall camp tomorrow and Head coach Jeff Mowry says the players and coaches have done a great job of dealing with all the COVID-19 protocols that they must follow each day.
The heat has been tough this year but Mowry says they manage the best they can with players safety the most important thing.
And finally Mowry says the coaches have really liked what they’ve seen from the players since camp opened.
GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers host the Sheridan invitational today at Kendrick golf course.
TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams hit the road for matches against Jackson today and tomorrow they will play at Casper Natrona and Kelly Walsh.

It has been brought to my attention that there were supposed to be “scheduled telecasts
of the up-and-coming Sheridan Bronc football and basketball seasons. It was heard that several of our local business fans have donated their time and efforts to make thiese sporting events a “reality” to all of our SHS sports fans and alumni scattered throughout the country. Many interested fans have dreamed of this to happen, as far back as twenty years ago. Hopefully, this news announcement is a “fact” and not
just a fantacy or rumor. Thank you, to all of our local businesses for working hard and contributing their donations and advertising in making this dream come true. Darrell G. Woofter, Class of ’57.
