Lady Rams win 2A State Volleyball Title- TR was 3rd / Broncs – Rams win Semi Final Football Games / Pokes Take Down the Rams

STATE VOLLEYBALL – Both of our Sheridan county 2A high school volleyball teams added to their trophy collection this past weekend, Sheridan Media’s Kevin Koile has the recap.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams and Sheridan Broncs both picked up semi final football victories and now it’s onto Laramie for Wyoming state championship weekend inside War Memorial Stadium.

The Rams pulled away from Lyman in the second half to win 35-14, they will defend their 2A championship against Torrington Friday at noon we will have it for you live on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

The Broncs took Thunder Basin apart building up a 62-0 halftime lead then cruised for the win, after the win Head coach Jeff Mowry.

And Jeff says the prep for the title game with Cheyenne East started over the weekend and they will fine tune everything over the next five days.

The 4A state title game will kickoff Saturday at 4:00 live on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys beat Colorado state 24-15 for their sixth win of the season, Saturday night the Pokes play at UNLV kickoff is set for 8:45.

STATE SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers wrap up their season at the state swimming and diving championships they didn’t have any all staters and finished 7th.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos are off until a week from today when they play a Monday night game at Buffalo.
