The game is considered an all-star game with the best players from the North, going up against the best players from the South, and it’s also a fundraiser for the Shriner’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The North Team is Coached by Kirk McLaughlin of Big Horn.

Coach McLaughlin was an Assistant Coach for the North team last year and the North won that game 37-3.

Of the last 14 Shrine Bowls, the North has won 12 of them with 1 tie in that stretch.

There was no game in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic.

This year’s Wyoming Shrine Bowl Football game is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 10th at Kelly Walsh High School in Casper.

Practice starts on June 3rd.
