Local High School Basketball Starts up Tomorrow / Big Wrestling Invitational Gets Underway in Douglas Friday / Junior Hawks Host the Yellowstone Quake Friday and Saturday

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL – The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams begin 2023 tomorrow at a three day tournament in Cheyenne.

They play Casper Kelly Walsh tomorrow game times are at 3:30 and 5:00.

Friday they play Evanston at 3:00 and 4:30 and will finish off the event Saturday against Green River at noon and 1:30.

All the games will be broadcast on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

RAMS / EAGLES BASKETBALL – The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams will restart their seasons tomorrow as well, they join several teams in a round robin event the boys games are being played at Big Horn and Tongue River the girls games will be at Pine Bluffs and Burns.

All four teams will play games against Pine Bluffs, Lingle-Fort Laramie, Lusk and Burns.

WRESTLING – The Sheridan Broncs and Tongue River Eagle wrestlers will compete at the “Shane Shatto” invitational in Douglas starting Friday.

SWIMMING AND DIVING – The Bronc swimmers and divers host a pre invitational meet Friday and the Sheridan invitational on Saturday.

TRACK AND FIELD – The indoor track season begins with practice this week with the first meet set for the 14th in Gillette.

JUNIOR HAWKS – The Sheridan Junior Hawks are back at home this weekend hosting the Yellowstone Quake both games start at 7:30.

COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys play a home game Saturday afternoon against San Diego state pregame at 1:30 and the tip off at 2:00.
