Sheridan, Big Horn and Tongue River Host Playoff Games Friday

PLAYOFF FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams will lead off football playoff Friday hosting Mountain View kickoff is at 1:00, Tongue River opens the quarter finals at home with Cokeville they kick at 4:00 and the Broncs host Laramie kickoff at 6:00.

We will broadcast the Big Horn game on KWYO and 106.9 FM and we will have the Bronc live as well starting with the First Federal bank and trust pregame show at 5:30.

The Broncs beat Laramie in week three 55-6, Head coach Jeff Mowry says the Broncs are ready to start the post season and they won’t be taking the plainsmen lightly at all.

One of the non football highlights from last week’s game was the Sheridan high school marching band taking the field at halftime and Mowry says it’s adds great atmosphere at the games and it’s great to see the marching band again at Sheridan high school.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys are on the road at Hawaii the game will kickoff at 10:00 you can hear it on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos are 2-5 on the season, Sunday they play in London against Jacksonville game time is at 7:30 am.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers are off this week making preparations for the state meet next week.

REGIONAL VOLLEYBALL – Regional volleyball tournaments start Friday the Sheridan Lady Broncs are playing in Cheyenne and open Friday against Laramie.

Big Horn opens their regional tournament Friday in Burns they will play Lusk in the opening round.

Tongue River will be in Burns as well they open Friday taking on Burns.

The Arvada / Clearmont Lady Panthers open their regional Friday at Torrington they will play Southeast.

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks are home against Helena, Montana game times Friday and Saturday night is 7:30.
