I have seen many psychotherapists and psychiatrists in my adult life, but none came close to the deep, positive, and profound impact that Dr. Landeen had on me. I was his patient starting in 1987 and for 20 years thereafter, then off and on until the present. He was man of great heart and wisdom and humility, a gifted psychiatrist. I learned today of his passing and am still in shock. I will miss him. My heart aches. I wish I could tell him the deep sense of gratitude towards him that I feel. My heart goes out to his family for this loss. I will always remember our sessions together.

I was sad to hear of Bob’s passing. He was a child hood friend when my family were ranchers on Lower Prairie Dog Creek. He and Jon attended brandings and family functions. His parents and mine were close friends so when they came to the ranch so did the boys. I’m sorry for you Jon, as it is hard to loose a brother. I lost mine in 2019 and he lived in Boulder Creek, CA. You will be missed Bob and God bless you and your family. Doree Hawkins Kobold

I didn’t hear of Dr Landerns passing till last year I was referred to him by a close friend of his . He was an awesome Dr I would meet with him at his Santa Clara office I was a drug addict and thanks to Dr Landeen I have been clean off drugs since 2012. I was truly sad I started crying immediately. I stopped seeing him in the summer of 2019 Still clean & sober He more then helped me He gave me back a life worth living I was well into my 40’s and was hopeless at the time in my drug addiction I tried every program in the state Nothing worked He saved my life I wish I could tell him how much I had grown to love him as a friend and doctor He was an amazing physiatrist and I had no idea he was that old He looked and seemed like he was in his 60’s I told a friend He worked till he died He must have truly loved his job He was Dan good at it I owe him my life I am so sorry for his family What a huge loss to his profession Dr Robert Landeen you will be greatly missed and you are the Best Absolutely Suzzi Bocchini
