Commissioners Ratify Access Permission for Water Testing

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified a letter for permission to access lands and release information on water quality testing at the Kleenburn Road Recreational Picnic Area.

The request specifies that the Sheridan County Conservation District can access the property from April through October to conduct water quality monitoring, take photographs, collect micro-invertebrates, and perform habitat assessments.

The information compiled during the sampling period will be used for a report that will be provided to funding agencies, partners, and other interested parties, and the SCCD will retain copies of the data in their files.
