Public Health Offering Flu Shot Clinics

Johnson County Public Health will be offering flu vaccine clinics beginning this Thursday and continuing in October.
This Thursday, September 30th from 8 to noon and 1 to 5, Public Health will offer a walk-in flu vaccine clinic for $25 per shot.
Insurances accepted are Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Cigna.
The clinic is closed from 12 to 1 daily.
The clinics will also be offered every Tuesday and Thursday through the month of October.
Also offered are COVID-19 Moderna vaccines, free of charge.
Masks are required at the Public Health Office.

What is the point of requiring masks at the public health clinic when they aren’t required anywhere else in town? As soon as you leave the “safety” of the masked clinic your next stop is back to the wild unmasked world.
