TJS2 Minor Subdivision

A request for approval of the TJS2 Minor Subdivision is expected to come before the Sheridan City Council for their consideration at an upcoming meeting. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner recently presented the subdivision request to the Council and Mayor Rich Bridger during a study session.

Sanner said the property is zoned R-3 and is located at 375 East 7th Street and that surrounding properties are single-family homes zoned R-3.
