Sheridan County to Amend Rules, Regs for Zoning

The Sheridan County Commission, during their regular Tuesday meeting, voted to approve giving a Notice of Intent to amend the Rules and Regulations Governing Zoning, and the Rules and Regulations Governing Division of Land.
County Planner Mark Reid and Commission Chair Nick Siddle discussed why the county needs to amend the regulations.
The Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold a public hearing on October 7th, 2021 at their regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30pm in the Commissioners Board Room on the second floor of the County Courthouse Addition.
The Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing on October 19th, 2021 at their regularly scheduled meeting at 9am in the Commissioners Board Room.
