Sheridan Ranch Planned Unit Development Receives Second Reading Approval

The Sheridan City Council recently approved an ordinance on second reading for the Sheridan Ranch Planned Unit Development. City of Sheridan Community Development Director Wade Sanner says the proposed PUD consists of 5.65 acres located at the southeast corner of the intersection of 5th Street and Black Tooth Way.

The Planned Unit Development requires a rezone from the B-1 zone district to the PUD zone district, as well as a subdivision from one lot to 30 pad lots. The ordinance requires one more reading for approval of the proposed PUD.
