Jo Co P&Z to Review Subdivisions, Boundary Adjustments

The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will have a fairly busy meeting Tuesday evening, where they will discuss subdivision plans and a boundary line adjustment.
On the agenda is the final presentation of the Sage and Tammy Hendricks Boundary Line Adjustment Plat and Affidavit.
Scheduled are the review of the Culp Minor Subdivision off of Elsom Ranch Road; first consideration of the Ponderosa Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan on Airport Road; first consideration of the High Chapparral Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan off of Klondike Road; first consideration of the Free Hold Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan off of South Bypass Road; and the presentation of the Mather Peak Major Subdivision Sketch Plan Review, which is 86 acres between North Main Street and Airport Road.
The meeting will be Tuesday evening at 7pm in the Planning Office located at 26 North DeSmet in Buffalo, and is open to the public.
