Aaron PalmerThe Buffalo City Council was updated on the police report for the month of April by Police Chief Jason Carder.
Chief Carder reported 977 incidents in the city during the month.
According to his written report, those included 118 business checks, 113 security checks, 54 traffic stops, 10 accidents and 2 hit-and-run reports.
The dispatch center handled 3,149 total phone calls including 49 9-1-1/hangup or disconnect calls.
Chief Carder also reported Animal Control Officer Dani Guyton responded to zero animal calls in the county in April, so the county will not be charged for the month.
