University of Wyoming Pleased with Funding From Legislature

While a recent guest on our talk show Public Pulse, University of Wyoming Marketing and Communications and Public Relations Director Chad Baldwin talked about the funding the university received from the legislature this year, which was a pleasant surprise.

He explained why.

Baldwin highlighted some of the “Exception Requests” that were also funded by the legislature.

Baldwin said the budget footnote for the university does call on them to look for “efficiencies” that will help streamline spending at the university and compile a report that is due to the legislature in December.
