Morneau said that by doing a comprehensive safety action plan, the City positions itself for future federal funding that can lead to implementation grants. Staff is recommending that the City Council and Mayor Rich Bridger award the development of the comprehensive safety action plan to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. in the amount of $249,922. The Council is expected to consider the bid award at their next regular business meeting.
