Jo Co Commission Approves City’s Petition to Board of Control

Johnson County’s Commissioners have voted to sign a petition drafted by the City of Buffalo that will be sent to the Wyoming Board of Control concerning water rights on Clear Creek.

Commission Chairman Bill Novotny explained further.

County Deputy Attorney Barry Crago said he saw no reason for the county to object to the petition, and explained why the city was pursuing it.

The commissioners voted to sign the city’s petition to the Board of Control.
