Fees Within City Code Addressed by Council

The Sheridan City Council considered an ordinance at their meeting Monday night that pertains to City fees. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

The Council approved first reading of an ordinance that addresses fees within City code. City Attorney Brendon Kerns says that the ordinance essentially changes language within several city ordinances.

Kerns explains some of the other issues that the new ordinance cleans up.

First reading of the ordinance received unanimous approval by the Council and will need to be approved two more times before it takes effect.
