During their last regular meeting, the Board of Trustees for the Johnson County School District were introduced to three of the five students from Buffalo High School that have requested to graduate early with the end of the current semester.

BHS Counselor Michelle Dahlberg spoke about the students at the <span class=”player fa fa-play” onclick=”playSound(this, ‘/audio/2024/10-23-41.mp3’);”> meeting. </span>

The first student told the school board she wanted to leave early to pursue a career in nursing and will enroll at Montana State University-Billings in January.

The second student said he will continue his apprenticeship in plumbing.

The third will explore a career in business.

Dahlberg talked about the two students that weren’t available to attend the

meeting.

Dahlberg ended by saying, “I’m super proud of these young adults. They have worked really hard.”
