Buffalo Building Inspector: Dollar General Opening ‘At Any Time’

Buffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay, in his report to the city council this week, said he performed the final walk-through inspection of the new Dollar General store, and said it looks like they are ready to open “at any time.”

He reported that the planning department is remaining relatively busy.

He said he had recently sent out notices to various property owners that were out of compliance with city code, and was happy to report they had all come back into compliance.

Asay will be attending the International Code Council’s annual conference in Long Beach, California and will be out of the office from Monday, October 21 through Thursday, October 24.
