Sewer Connection Request Approved by Buffalo Council

A sewer tap for a home being built on property outside of the city limits has been approved by the Buffalo City Council.
Adrian Velasquez came before the council to make the request, explaining that the property is located on Highway 16 east of Buffalo, near the old Daylight Donuts property.
City Building Inspector Terry Asay gave more information on the sewer main and the sewer tap.
The cost of the sewer tap is $2,500 and the monthly rate for the service will be the same as a regular city resident on this particular tap, according to Mayor Shane Schrader.
The council voted to approve Schrader to sign the agreement.
