Aaron PalmerSheridan County’s Commissioners had two residents that offered to speak during the Public Comment portion of their agenda during their recent meeting.
Harry Pollak spoke to the commission about taking public comment during meetings, asking for clarification.
Chairwoman Christi Haswell, in response to the comment, said some items on the agenda do require public comment while others do not, and said she would have to review specific state statute regarding the issue.
She said she does however, appreciate public comments when they are offered.
Commissioner Nick Siddle said he had a different opinion.
The second comment was from Carl Clements concerning leases at the Sheridan County Airport, and we will have that in an upcoming story.

The commission limits public comment because the are afraid we will expose the truth on all their previous mis-deeds. Can’t have the people actually knowing the truth.
