Brooks Street Paving & Retention Wall ‘Substantially Complete’

The Brooks Street Paving and Retention Wall project has been declared as “substantially complete” by action of the Sheridan County Commission.

During the Consent Agenda portion of their most recent meeting, the commission ratified the Certificate of Substantial Completion as of July 20, 2023 for work performed by Wagner Ranch Services, LLC.

The work, according to the certificate, has been inspected by authorized representatives for the county; contractor Wagner Ranch Services; and engineer Morrison-Mairele, Inc. and was declared substantially complete.

The contractor has 14 days to complete any items or correct any issues on the punch list for the project.

    This does not look like the picture on Brooks street where it was a lush garden of flowers and a gazebo. I did not say this before.
