REACH will host event, featuring Temple Grandin at the WYO

The WYO Theater has announced that Temple Grandin, presented by REACH, will be the opening speaker for an event to raise awareness about autism.
REACH is a new development to the Sheridan social service field with aspirations to become a 501c during 2023. The organization is dedicated to providing resources and education for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and their families who reside in Sheridan County, to foster a community of inclusion and understanding.
REACH was enacted to provide support for individuals with autism through assisting in uncovered medical expenses, independent living expenses, education and caregiver training and respite. REACH also strives to provide educational and inclusion opportunities for all residents of Sheridan County by hosting and promoting community events to raise awareness about autism and different “abilities” individuals may have.
On Thursday July 6, beginning at 7 p.m., REACH will host speakers and musical performances at the WYO Theater to raise funds necessary to support its programs, and is pleased to welcome Grandin as in the first event.
