SEEDA Funding Agreement and Rate Increases on Council’s Agenda

Ron RichterA funding agreement between the City of Sheridan and the Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Joint Powers Board will be an item of consideration by the Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night. The agreement stipulates that the City allocate $126,000 to SEEDA annually. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger.
The Council will also be considering rate increases for water, sewer and solid waste. The increases are part of the financial plan that was developed by a financial consultant several years ago.
The Council will also be awarding several projects at the meeting and considering a number of subdivision requests. The meeting will take place at 7 pm Monday night in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
