Aaron PalmerThe Buffalo City Council approved the final plat for the Caturia Subdivision during their recent regular meeting, after taking no action at an earlier meeting.
City Building Inspector Terry Asay brought the final plat before the council, saying the subdivision was recommended for approval by himself and the Planning & Zoning Commission.
A public hearing was held for the subdivision at the council’s regular meeting March 3rd, but approval was put off until their next meeting due to missing paperwork and the developer being absent.
The Caturia Subdivision is located on Hill Top Drive just off of Klondike Drive.
