Broncs Win State Golf Title / Sam Spielman wins Individual Title for the Lady Broncs

STATE GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers teed it up at their state tournament in Casper. the Broncs took the team title for the Lady Broncs Sam Spielman took the Medalist honors while the Lady Broncs finished 3rd.

BRONC FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Broncs beat Rock Springs 42-12 to go to 3-1 on the season after the win Head coach Jeff Mowry.

Now the Broncs prepare for a big home game with a very good Cheyenne East team.

RAMS FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams beat Newcastle 35-12, the Rams play at Burns Friday.

EAGLES FOOTBALL – The Tongue River lost at home to Torrington 40-14 the Eagles will host Newcastle Friday.

WOLVES FOOTBALL – The NSI Wolves lost at Ten Sleep 57-32 the Wolves play at Midwest Saturday.

COWBOY CLASSICS – This week’s University of Wyoming classic football game will be the Pokes vs Colorado state from September 26th 2011 the Cowboys beat CSU 22-19 the game will air Saturday at 1:00 on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos lost at Pittsburgh 26-21 the Broncos host Tampa Bay Sunday afternoon kickoff is at 2:25.

X-COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams hosted the annual Michelle Ludwig Sheridan invitational the Bronc and Lady Broncs both took the team titles in their races Saturday.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams played at their conference tournament in Cody the Lady Broncs were 3rd the Broncs were 5th. This week they play at the state tennis championships in Gillette Friday and Saturday.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team lost at Thunder Basin Friday 3-0 and came back for a home win over Campbell county Saturday winning the match in five games.

The Big Horn Lady Rams beat Wright and the Tongue River Lady Eagles picked up wins over Glenrock and Burlington.
