Troopers Play two in Casper Tonight / 2020 Simpson Award Winners Announced

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers are on a seven game winning streak and stand at 10-4 on the season they will look to keep the streak going this evening when they play two at the Casper Oilers.

The Troops will end the week with three straight home dates starting with a double header Thursday night against Cheyenne Post 6 with games at 5:00 and 7:00,

They are also home this weekend against the Billings Halos and the 406 Flyers Saturday and Sunday games will be played at noon and 2:00 both days.

Thursday night’s home games with Cheyenne again go at 5 and 7 those games will be played at Redle field in Thorne-Rider park.

MILWARD SIMPSON AWARDS – The 2020 Milward Simpson award winners have been announced they are Naya Shime who split her school years in Riverton and Casper Kelly Walsh.

The boys winner is Briggin Blumel a three sport athlete from Mountain View high school.

Shime will play volleyball for the Wyoming Cowgirls in college and Blumel will attend UW as well and compete in track and field for the Cowboys.
