Troopers Home Opener Sunday may see a Change of Venue / Rockies fall Against the Cardinals / SHS Soccer Teams have a few make up Dates Coming up

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers will open the American Legion baseball season with a double header against Powell Sunday afternoon but a venue change looks like it’s coming with “Rotellini” field not ready for games yet.

Troopers first year Head coach Austin Cowen is not confident the field can be ready for play Sunday so as of today they will play in Powell Sunday.

We will broadcast Trooper home games this season on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM and once again we will feature the games live on our video web stream and sheridanmedia.com.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER – The Lady Bronc soccer team will make-up their game at Cheyenne East on Friday, then make-up their home game vs. Laramie on Saturday, but that game will be played in Douglas, and then they make-up their game at Thunder Basin Monday.

The Broncs are off for the rest of the week and play at Thunder Basin high school Monday.

TRACK AND FIELD – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams will compete at a big invitational in Rapid City Friday.

Next week on Tuesday Sheridan high school host the annual “Gary Benson” Border War invitational and next week on Saturday they host the annual “Dan Hansen” invitational.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies dropped last night’s game with St. Louis 9-6 they play the get away game in the series this afternoon first pitch is at 1:10.

After an off day tomorrow they open a road series at Seattle Friday night at 8:10 you can hear Rockies baseball this season live on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.
