Hawks Winning Streak Reaches six / Pokes fall at Fresno, Wait for Bowl Game Invite

JUNIOR HAWKS – The Sheridan Junior Hawks winning streak has reached six games with road wins at Great Falls, Montana by scores of 5-3 and 5-2, they will play in Bozeman, Montana this weekend with their next home games December 9th and 10th against Great Falls.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys got drilled at Fresno state to end the regular season, the Pokes were never in it with Fresno leading 23-0 at halftime and went onto the 30-0 shut out win, after the loss Head coach Craig Bohl.

Now the 7-5 Cowboys wait to see which bowl game invitation they get and Bohl says in the aftermath of a long season they need to rest up and heal up for the bowl game.

COWBOY BASKETBALL – The basketball Cowboys are 3-3 on the season and have dropped two straight, they will play Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at Santa Clara, they host Grand Canyon University Saturday afternoon also at 2:00 you can hear the games on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

HIGH SCHOOL WINTER SEASON – The high school winter sports season will get underway Thursday December 8th.
