REGIONAL VOLLEYBALL – High school regional volleyball tournaments wrapped up Saturday with Big Horn and Tongue River advancing to this week’s state tournament, the defending champs from Big Horn took their regional championship beating Burns in the title match, the Lady Rams will open the state tournament Thursday evening against Kemmerer.
Tongue River will be the 4th seed as the state tournament opens, the Lady Eagles dropped the third / fourth place match against Wright they will play Rocky Mountain Thursday afternoon.
The Sheridan Lady Broncs and Arvada / Clearmont teams were both eliminated from their tournament Saturday morning.
RAMS FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams came from behind and beat Mountain View 28-26 to advance to the semi finals, the Rams host Lyman Friday at noon we will have the game live for you on KWYO am 14-10 and 106.9 FM.
EAGLES FOOTBALL – The Tongue River Eagles were knocked out of the playoffs by Cokeville Friday the final was 17-0.
BRONC FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Broncs advanced by beating Laramie 56-27, Head coach Jeff Mowry says it’s good to make it to the semi finals.
The Broncs jumped on the Plainsmen right away and had several big plays on their way to 56 points.
The top four seeds all advanced and will meet Friday for the right to go to championship weekend in Laramie, Cheyenne East hosts Natrona county and the Broncs will host Cheyenne Central and Mowry says now the competition really starts.

LADY BRONC SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers will compete at the state championships this week in Laramie prelims get underway Thursday.
COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys won at Hawaii 27-20, they are off this week and will play at Colorado state November 12th.
BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos beat Jacksonville 21-17, the Broncos have their bye week then a road game at the Titans Novemer 13th.
JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks swept weekend games from Helena, Montana winning 7-5 and 6-4, this week the Hawks and Gillette will play home and home they play in Gillette Friday then at the M&M center Saturday night at 7:30.
