Troopers Split two in Bozeman / Jets at Cody Today / Rockies beat D-Backs

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers split two games in Bozeman, Montana Thursday, they beat Blackfoot, Idaho 8-4 and dropped a tight game with Brewster, Washington 4-3.

Today they play Dickinson, North Dakota and finish up against Bozeman tomorrow night.

The Troopers will host games next week Thursday through Monday the 18th to finish the regular season, Head coach Ben Phillips says it’s a great way to prepare for hosting the state tournament.

And it’s been awhile since Thorne-Rider stadium has hosted the season culminating event.

The next home games for the Troops will be next Thursday against Gillette the double header will start at 5:00.

JETS BASEBALL – The Sheridan Jets open a tournament in Cody today they play Cody and Miles City, Montana.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies beat Arizona 4-3 last night game two of the series starts tonight at 7:40, you can hear Rockies baseball on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.
