So sad to read of Orafay’s passing. What a fun, interesting, “get ‘er done” lady. She was a problem solver and a hard worker who loved her family over everything. May god comfort you Jim, children and grandchildren as you grieve her passing. She leaves an empty place hard to fill.

I knew Ora Fay when she was TDY at the Troop Medical Clinic at Panzer Kaserne in Böblingen. 5th General was north of Stuttgart and Panzer was just south. She made the round trip every day for several months. Panzer was a Combat Arms base, Infantry, Armor, and Cavalry. The TMC was staffed with Combat Medics attached from the Cavalry Troop and the Infantry and Armor battalions. She was quite the star at the TMC. She was brave and strong, she could take care of herself, but the Medics were all her big brothers, and we had her Six. I remember you girl, all those years ago. Rest In Peace, Soldier.
