Three CHAPS Volunteers Receive President’s Volunteer Service Award

Three volunteers with CHAPS Equine Assisted Therapy recently received the President’s Volunteer Service Award. CHAPS Executive Director Kristen Marcus says that Sherry Buck received a bronze medal in the adult category, Eddie Paylor received the gold medal in the adult category and Chelsea Adams received the silver medal in the young adult category.

Marcus said that volunteers are a very important part of what they do at CHAPS.

Marcus said that they offer volunteer training at CHAPS and that the next scheduled training will be Saturday, February 22 at 10 am.
