Koltiska Talks Police Impersonation

The Sheridan Police Department has recently fielded two reports of people being pulled over by those impersonating officers with the department. Lt. Travis Koltiska explained what someone should do if they suspect that they have been stopped by an imposter. 

Lt. Koltiska continued on to say that there are very few incidents that would result in an officer in an unmarked car making a traffic stop.

The investigation into the traffic stops that were allegedly conducted by a male individual claiming to be a Sheridan Police Department Officer and driving an unmarked white dodge charger equipped with red and blue lights is ongoing.
