Vacation of Easement Approved by County
Sheridan County has approved an application for a vacation of a utility and irrigation easement on a property located in the WJP Minor Subdivision.
The 20-foot wide easement is centered on a lot line common to previously platted Lots 1 and 2, and the applicant was asking for the vacation to remove the un-utilized encumbrance on the land, according to County Planner Mark Reid.
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the vacation at their December 5th meeting, and the county commission approved the vacation on that recommendation.
