UW President on Vaccinations, Junior Colleges

University of Wyoming President Ed Seidel spoke with Sheridan Media this week, and today we wrap up with his thoughts on vaccinations on campus and the importance of the state’s community colleges.

Seidel said the vaccination rate for staff and students is pretty good but could still be better.

Seidel was asked how important he felt the state’s community colleges, like Sheridan College, are to the university and the importance of maintaining good working relationships with them.

Seidel said he and his partner Gabrielle have adjusted well to the “Cowboy State.”

Seidel finished with, “we’re just naturally very, very happy here.”
