Sheridan County Approves Ironwood Subdivision

An application for a subdivision permit for property owned by LJ Wright Ironworks & Design, Inc. has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.
The 6.44-acre previously un-platted property is zoned C-1 Commercial, and the application proposes the creation of two lots about 650 feet south of the Sheridan City limits.
County Planner Mark Reid explained further.
According to discussions, the property is served by SAWS water and Southside Sewer, which made the DEQ water/septic study unnecessary, and therefore they requested the variance to not require the study.
Commissioner Lonnie Wright, as the owner of the property, recused himself from the vote, but the remainder of the commission voted to approve the variance and the subdivision application.

I studied communications and public speaking at Sheridan College from spring 1982 through spring semester1983, and now I am going back to school for lay Ministry part time until I retire from my regular job in 9 years; then I hope to work in Ministry full time.
