Forest Service Reports Two Wildfire Starts

Officials with the Bighorn National Forest confirmed two new wildfire starts on the forest Friday.  The first fire is near Buffalo in French Creek and is estimated to be at .25 acres. A Black Tooth Fire Crew and helicopter has been assigned to the fire. The second start is near Black Mountain Lookout near Sheridan and has not yet been sized up. Cause for both fires is unknown at this time, but lightning is suspected.
