Sheridan County Sports Preview: June 4-5 2021

After playing their last seven games on the road, the Sheridan Troopers Legion Baseball Team will get to enjoy the comforts of home this weekend.

The Troopers (14-9) host the Billings Halos for a double-header beginning at noon on Saturday, June 5th.

Next week will be a busy one, as conference play starts on Thursday June 10th at Gillette.

The team will return home on Friday, June 11th for a double-header vs. West Fargo North Dakota, and then another double-header on Saturday June 12th vs. the Billings 406 Flyers.

The Hoop Jam 3 on 3 basketball tournament starts this evening (June 4th) with team check in at Sheridan High School.

Play begins on Saturday, June 5th and will conclude the next day.

The 2021 Big Horn Mountain Trail Run is back on the calender.

Pre-race registration starts on Thursday, June 17th.

The 100 mile race starts the next morning and the shorter events (18, 32 and 52 mile races) will start the following day.

The finish for all the races is at Scott Park in Dayton.
