Final Plat Consideration

A resolution for the final plat of the Falcons Nest Two Minor Subdivision was an item of consideration at Tuesday night’s Sheridan City Council business meeting. City Planner Kelly Schroeder said the subdivision is located at 426 Kingfisher Avenue and 2100 Pheasant Draw Road and it divides 30.4 acres into three residential use lots.  

Schroeder said there are no infrastructure improvements with the subdivision since all three proposed lots have access to dedicated public streets and utility infrastructure and the existing license agreement between the current property owner and the City to provide a walking trail will remain in effect. Following a public hearing and Schroeder’s presentation, the City Council approved the resolution for the final plat of the Falcons Nest Two Minor Subdivision.
