Kendrick Pool officially opens

The renovated Kendrick Pool officially reopened Sunday with a Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and Bluepeak offering swimmers free admission.

Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger told the audience who numbered an estimated 70 standing in line, that the renovation had been a long journey. He said everyone really liked the pool in a poll asking if the pool should be renovated or not.

Bridger also thanked Sheridan Public Works employees and the Sheridan Recreation District. He said Dick Anderson Construction and Interstate Engineering were instrumental in renovating the pool.
