Deadline For 1% Applications Friday at 5

Applications for Optional One-Percent funding will be taken through 5 p.m. Friday.

Applications will be taken until 5 p.m. and can be turned in to the Johnson County Commissioner’s Office, or Buffalo City Hall.

Mayor Schrader also announced city meetings for March, including the Department Head meeting March 3 at 7 a.m., City Council meetings March 3 and 17 at 5 p,m,,the City/County meeting March 17 at 7 a.m., and the Planning & Zoning meeting March 24 at 1 p.m.

Schrader also announced that Daylight Savings Time will begin on March 8.

The council then approved the payment of bills in the amount of just under $254,000.
