Sheridan Commission OKs NOI for Vacation of Portion of Dana Avenue

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered approving a Notice of Intent (NOI) to vacate a portion of property in the Downer Addition.

County Engineer Ken Muller, appointed as viewer in the matter, discussed the proposed vacation with the commission.

The property to be vacated is from 2020 Dana Avenue to Soldier Creek.

The commission voted to approve publishing the NOI for the vacation of the portion of Dana Avenue in the Downer Addition.
