On Saturday, February 7, from 10 to 4, The Playhouse Market at 7 North Main in Buffalo, is opening again for the 2026 season.

Merilee Albers, Vintiques of Wyoming and Red Pony Salsa in Clearmont coordinates the vendors at the Market, and she is looking forward to a new season of the market.

She said she is hoping for 16 vendors for the first show, some of the people were out of town for the winter. “The more I put it out there, the more vendors may sign up, so we will have more details coming.” She added.

She said that last year she said that the most vendors she had was 25, but space is limited. She added that the vendors have very nice spaces, and they decorate them well.

As well as offering live music, the Playhouse Market has a cash bar for refreshments.

The Playhouse Market is located in the old Bison movie theater at 7 North Main in Buffalo.

Albers also talked about her upcoming “Romancing the Home Show” which will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, from 10-4 at her shop at 3728 Highway 14-16, one mile west of Clearmont.

She will have several pieces of furniture handcrafted by Richard Rhoades, who is also the owner of Red Pony Salsa, which will be available at the Vintiques show, as well as at the Playhouse Theater Market.
