Sheridan Commission Ratifies Temporary Use Permit Application

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified an application to the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) for a Temporary Use Permit for Red Grade Road.
According to the application, the easement application is for a permanent right-of-way of 60 feet in width on the Red Grade Road project for the road.
The Temporary Use Permit application is seeking approval for the road project construction to work outside of the 60-foot right-of-way easement.
Also, OSLI has waived the $100 easement application fee but the Temporary Use Permit application fee and minimum payment per acre are required with the application, so County Engineer Ken Muller was requesting a check for just under $1,994 that will need to be sent with the application.
