2025 Clearmont Spring Shop Hop

The annual Clearmont 14/16 Spring Shop Hop was held on Friday and Saturday, May 2 & 3 at various locations around Clearmont.
New for this spring shop hop was a Children’s Mother Day Gift workshop held by Olivia Kirkey. She explained what the youngsters are making this year.
She said she hopes to do the workshop next year as well.

Bailey Underwood, owner of Best in Bloom in Buffalo, offered Bouquet Classes again this year, with a spring theme. She offered the classes for the first time last fall, and it is becoming a popular part of the Shop Hop.

There were several vendors with booths set up who do the Shop Hop each year, and some new vendors as well. One was Janelle Nikonc. of Wyld Buffalo, who does crocheted animals.

Claire Schaffer, who owns Claire’s Candles out of Spotted Horse, Wyoming, was another new vendor, who makes candles out of old whiskey bottles and small skillets, “I also do little glasses and sugar scrubs,” she added

Merilee Albers of Vintiques of Wyoming and Red Pony Salsa, has been doing the Shop Hop for several years.
She also talked about the Playhouse in Buffalo, a monthly small business market.

The Clearmont Women’s Club served the lunch at the Clearmont Community Church, and donations were appreciated. Funds raised will go to the Ann Roebling Scholarship Fund which is presented each year to a graduating senior at A/C School.
