Senator Barrasso Applauds President Trump’s Action to Reinvigorate America’s Coal Industry

U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) applauded President Trump’s executive orders that aim to reinvigorate America’s clean coal industry. Senator Barrasso joined President Trump at the White House for the executive order signing ceremony Tuesday. Barrasso spoke on the Senate floor about the benefits of unleashing clean, affordable, and reliable American coal.
Barrasso said President Trump is cutting red tape so America can compete again and that coal is making a comeback, adding that Americans demand affordable, reliable, available energy, and clean coal can deliver it.

Stop the gaslighting. Coal is not clean. Renewables are competitive. Invest in the future.

Wyoming’s coal is anthracite, which is the hardest and cleanest burning coal in the world. When we add-in modern clean-burning technology and scrubbers, we truly have Clean Coal.
The real “gas-lightening” is done by the alternative energy scammers. They have to have tax-payer provided subsidies just to survive and there’s no way in the world that our country can run on solar and wind.
How do I know this fact? I’ve lived on solar and wind to power my off-grid home for almost 14 yrs. It works on a very small scale and power production and usage is limited and must be managed hourly.
Alt. energy is labor intensive and highly weather dependent.
With today’s technology, alt. energy just will not work large scale.
Clean Coal, nat. gas and petroleum energy are the proven ways to power a nation.

Look at Texas. The country’s renewable energy leader. Coal continues to decline. Why? Because coal-fired plants are expensive to operate. Alternative energy sources are cost effective. If you don’t care about the planet, fine. Everyone cares about their pocketbook.

People in Texas nearly froze to death a few yrs. ago when the windmills froze shut.
Texas is rich in gas and oil, but they bought into the climate hoax and went wild with alternative energy. They learned their lesson, when clouds stopped the sun and rain froze the windmill blades from moving. A few folks actually died!
Clean Coal, oil and nuclear are the proven energy leaders to run countries.
