Johnson County OKs Lake DeSmet Shoreline Waiver

Johnson County’s Commissioners reviewed a shoreline waiver concerning a property owner at Lake DeSmet.

County Deputy Attorney Barry Crago explained the need for the waiver during the commission meeting Tuesday morning.

The commission then voted to approve and accept the waiver agreement with the landowner.
